Registered Massage Therapist
Hi, I'm Pam a graduate of the Registered Massage Therapy program at Sir Sandford Fleming College. I've enjoyed helping improve the health and wellness of my clients for over 15 years in both a home and clinical setting prior to opening the Wellness Massage Therapy clinic.
We work together to understand your individual needs and develop a treatment plan to help you achieve your health and wellness goals. We specialize in a broad range of health and wellness treatments for relaxation, deep tissue, chronic pain, injuries, sports therapy, prenatal, cupping, hot stone, aromatherapy, and work related injuries including WSIB.
As a busy mother with two children; Nolan and Addison, I understand the demands and stresses pregnancy can place on a woman's body as well as the day to day stresses of busy parents. I pursued my interest in prenatal and infant massage through advanced studies to better understand the health and wellness benefits for my clients and provide better treatment options for expecting mothers and their babies. Mom, dad and baby are welcomed at our clinic where I massage your baby while teaching you techniques to strengthen your bond, develop babies sensory perception, decrease gas and colic, decrease stress hormones, and promote wellness, relaxation and better sleep.
I am committed to life-long learning and continually take new courses to stay current and learn new treatments and technique options to ensure the best care for my clients.
I see first-hand the benefits of health and wellness as an important part of a balanced healthy lifestyle. I enjoy running, walking, roller-blading, sharing time with family and friends and the occasional glass of red wine ;)
I look forward to seeing you on the trails, around the school or playground or at our clinic to discuss your health and wellness needs.
You wellness matters!
Registered Massage Therapist
Hello! I’m Stephanie Osborne. I’m a graduate of the Registered Massage Therapist and Fitness and Health Promotion (Personal Trainer) programs from Fanshawe College. I am very excited to join the Wellness Massage Therapy team!
Growing up, I’ve always had a passion for sports. I played several but focused mainly on hockey with the Woodstock Wildcats! My love for sports and an active lifestyle inspired me to pursue a healthier more balanced lifestyle.
My background in personal training integrates well with my massage therapy education to increase my understanding of anatomy so I can provide a broad range of client centered treatments tailored to your specific wellness goals.
I am passionate about lifelong learning and expanding my scope of practice to include; prenatal, infant, and focused rehabilitation treatments to ensure I provide the best most comprehensive care to my clients.
In my spare time I love to play hockey, bike, and walk with friends. I am adventuring into the world of golf but seem to have either a hockey or baseball swing. I am confident that eventually I will master my golf swing and hit the ball consistently.
I support the total health and wellness lifestyle and enjoy providing massage therapy from relaxation to treatment and observing the health and wellness benefits for my clients. I enjoy a deep treatment for those clients who love deep tissue massage, but I adjust my pressure based on the client's needs.
I look forward to seeing you at the clinic, in the arena, or on the golf course. Until then, stay well!
Registered Massage Therapist
Hello, I’m Olivia and I am a graduate of the Massage Therapy program at Fanshawe College. I am very excited to be a part of the team at Wellness Massage Therapy! I decided to become a Massage Therapist because I enjoy helping others, and it is very rewarding to be able to make a difference in my patient’s lives . I am very fascinated by soft tissue manipulation and its effect on the body, and I look forward to continue learning during my practice as a Massage Therapist.
My focus is to treat you as a whole person, rather than just your condition. During your initial treatment, we will go through your health history together and use various assessments to decide what will be the best course of action. My treatment style is dependent on the client’s needs, which can vary from relaxation to deep tissue and dealing with different impairments.
I am passionate about lifelong learning and have implemented cupping therapy into my treatments for those who may benefit from it. A couple treatments I hope to offer in the near future are hot stone massage and I would love to expand my knowledge on temporomandibular joint (TMJD) massage treatments.
During my free time, I enjoy snuggling up with my cats, walking the trails with my dogs and doing fun activities with friends and family.
I look forward to seeing you in the clinic, on the trails, or out in the community! Until then, stay well.
